The Three Cord Care Ltd has a comprehensive set of policies and procedures that support our day-to-day operations.

A policy is a set of general guidelines that outline our plan for tackling an issue and procedures explain a specific action plan for carrying out a policy, for example, a Health and Safety policy will detail specific issues and procedures which will guide everyone on what actions to take.
